Teign School head teacher pleased with his school’s A-Level results.
Pupils at Teign School, Kingsteignton were celebrating after achieving an overall pass rate of 97 per cent.
About 60 per cent of students gained A* - C grades – with 80 per cent of students getting the grades to get to the university of their choice.
Head Viv Game (pictured) told Newtonabbotpeople.co.uk that he was very pleased with today's results.
"I'm very happy," said Mr Game. "I'm very satisfied that everyone's worked hard, the students, teachers and the parents.
"Although we perhaps didn't have as many high flyers as last time, overall the results are looking very good."
