Do you know this man? The police are looking to question him in connection with a theft from a cash point in Torquay last June
The incident happened in Union Street, Torquay in June 2012 when the victim accidently left some money from a withdrawal in the machine.
The person police are looking to question is a white male with short hair, wearing white trainers, dark trousers and a black and white hooped T shirt.
