It's one of the most fun days out you could wish for in the summer. We often (Myself and my husband) take an afternoon off for racing and though go for a meal after. Quite where we go depends on how much we've won or lost! Usually it's the latter, ha.

Newton Abbot Racecourse
Adnittedly, I have never actually been here for a race, which I know it is for! But I have been here for other events, and have enjoyed them thoroughly. I always used to go to carboots that were held here, and I went to a career fair that the place managed very well! It caters for a lot more than racing, which is good.

Not especially a racing fan but this is one of the best days out you could wish for. Great atmosphere, drinks and a real adrenalin rush!
