Does anyone else find the Newton Abbot town centre road layout a bit confusing?

I do. It seems very hard to actually get to the actual centre by car. Lots of no entry signs or just bus access. And i'm a local, what must visitors think.

That's what always happens when you pedestrianise a town centre my friend. Not really sure whether it's a good or bad thing. I guess the town seems to be doing okay though so perhaps it's a good thing.

It might be a bit confusing to some but once you get used to it it's ok. I find Totnes and Torquay confusing!! I think all town centres have their little quirks!
