Following a series of incidents of antisocial behaviour at the Locomotive Pub, in Newton Abbot, police have been in discussions with the licensee to agree a plan of action to stamp it out.

A police statement said that officers will monitor the premises and carry out test purchases to stamp out under-age drinkers.
