Kerswell Down, Kingskerswell - it's spring and colour is returning to the countryside - what have you spotted when out walking?

I've noticed in recent days that there's so much more colour to our lovely countryside. Plenty of yellows at present with celandines, primroses and dandelions set against the more dainty white of barren strawberry and of course scattered everywhere are the violets. Flowers are bursting out on countless ash trees and beneath them the carpet of bluebell leaves giving a promise of the spectacle ahead.
And of course the more flowers, the better it is for our bees and other insects which apparently and very sadly are in sharp decline.
