Already tried to reply but since seen that you have been to the Old Rydon Inn. I was going to recommend them as they do have some gluten free recipes and will happily have gluten free alternatives if given advance notice.

Yes I have been to the Old Rydon and it was very good. Any other suggestions?
I'm fed up with fish and steak, and would like a really good meal with fancy sauces, but haven't dared to eat anything like that in a restaurant recently.
