Where to get Wi-Fi in Newton Abbot? (not Wetherpoons)

Where are there Wi-Fi spots in Newton Abbot? On Saturday I had
to settle for Wetherspoons.
Nothing especially against the pub but I’d rather had
been on my laptop in a coffee shop, tearoom or an altogether nicer setting.

Disagree with you Donald. Wetherspoons works because it's simply a relaxing place to go for a drink or bite to eat. Not many other pubs about offer this. They're either too noisy or a little too local for my liking.

ReportNothing wrong with Wetherspoons.

ReportYes... given the previous reputation of the pool teams and the cabinet full of trophies - the pool table will be staying :-)

ReportI hope you've kept the pool table at the Jolly Abbot. The best in the town in my opinion.

ReportThe Jolly Abbot in East Street will be re-opening in early November after having a good clean up and redecoration throughout. The pub will serve a whole range of non alcoholic drinks as well as the standard tipples you'd expect from a traditional pub. With two roaring open fire's and low background music (yes you'll be able to hear yourself think!) and of course FREE WI-FI !!! I warm welcome will be guaranteed!
