16 D&C police to detain 1 man on the floor! I never knew we had so many coppers in Newton Abbot! He looked terrifed! What on earth did this guy do? It looked like he landed in lots of dog mess too. How undignifed.

ReportOutside Bearnes Primary School as the kids were being collected! I have been told it wasn't dog mess aswell! Yuk. Poor kids had to see this.
