Appeal for witnesses after teenager injured

Police are appealing for witnesses following an assault at a pub which left a teenage girl with facial injuries.
The incident occurred just after midnight on Saturday, July 17, in the Jolly Farmer pub in Market Street, Newton Abbot. It is believed that a glass was used in an unprovoked attack near to the pub’s DJ booth.
An 18-year-old man was arrested at the time and has since been released on Police bail until September 17, pending further enquires.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the Jolly Farmer at the time.
