  The A38 has been closed at Chudleigh following a serious vehicle collision this morning (September 21). Police say that a van left the road just before the Chudleigh turn-off at about 9.30am. An occupant of the vehicle has sustained serious injuries. The road is closed and emergency services are at the scene. No further details are available at present.
